Daniel Craddock arrives from Houston on Amtrak's Sunset Limited at its final stop in New Orleans, Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008. Originally running from Los Angeles to Orlando, Fla., Amtrak suspended service on the line east of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina damaged railroad tracks and train stations on the Gulf Coast. Recent Amtrak legislation passed by Congress requires that the railroad return the train to full service along the repaired line.
