In this photo provided by Australia Transport Safety Bureau, shown is the fuselage hole 6.5 feet (202 centimeter) wide and 5 feet (152 centimeters) high caused by an oxygen cylinder explosion in the cargo hold of a Qantas Boeing 747-438 on July 25, 2008. Air safety investigators confirmed Friday August 29, 2008, that an exploding oxygen cylinder ripped a gaping hole in a Qantas jet's fuselage midflight last month, but said they were no closer to solving the mystery of why the tank failed.
