Road closures in place for Scunthorpe 10k
A series of road closures will be in place on Sunday for the Big Green Scunthorpe 10k.
The race starts at 11:00 BST in Central Park.
It’s the second year the event has taken place and this year 900 runners are expected to take part.
Event organisers are supporting the creation of a wildflower meadow in the park alongside the parks' team at North Lincolnshire council.
Roads closures between 08:00 and 13:00 BST for the event
Ashby Road, Scunthorpe (both directions)
Brumby Wood Lane, Scunthorpe (both directions, rolling closure)
Kingsway, Scunthorpe (eastbound only, rolling closure)
Queensway, Scunthorpe (eastbound only, rolling closure)
Diversions
Scotter Road, Burringham Road, Ashby High Street, Grange Lane South, Grange Lane North, Brigg Road, Rowland Road, Ashby Road, Church Lane and reverse.
